BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA

It is a unique and special product with an ancient history that has been able to adapt successfully to the flavours of modern cuisine.

The balsamic vinegar is made with the must of fermented grapes, with the addition of aged vinegar.

The only area where it can be produced is between Modena and Reggio Emilia, a flat terrritory corssed by the Po river.

Thanks to its bitter-sweet and balanced flavour it is the perfect ingredient for each kind of food, from salad to dessert.
